At the annual parish council meeting in 2023, Members decided to incorporate the committees into the full council meeting. However, from January 2024, the Planning committee resumed regular meetings immediately prior to full Council, to discuss planning applications only.

Planning Committee membership is:  Cllr Jan Rufey (Committee Chair); Cllr Michael Warden ( Vice Chair) ; Cllr Martin Buckley; Cllr Fiona Huntley, Cllr Guy Purser; Cllr Diana Thas; Cllr Bence.
