NHS Physical Movement Health Checks

Drop in for a conversation with an NHS physiotherapist about any muscle or joint pain you are experiencing. You will receive advice on how to manage this, whilst considering your health and wellbeing as a whole.

Height, weight and mobility checks will also be available.

RNID Hearing Checks

Drop in for a free three minute hearing check by RNID volunteers.

If you are unable to come along and but are confident using websites and have a smartphone, laptop or tablet, you can do the hearing check in your own time. Find a quiet place and go to: https://rnid.org.uk/sussex.

No need to book, just turn up!
